I just finished the 6-week challenge this past Sunday. I was very excited that I surpassed the goal weight of 25lbs (I was -26lbs in 6 weeks). The trainers are amazing and made working out fun (and tough). It takes a lot of self-discipline to not fall back into your old eating habits but totally possible. The workouts were challenging but can be modified for you if needed. I was able to get my money back since I hit my goal and completed tasks required along the way :) much recommended!
High intensity!, Low impact! And the trainers push you on form not stamina beyond your limits! It’s up to you how hard you go. And the results that you get!

I had my booty kicked all week!!!! Best work out I've experienced in ages!! Nothing beats feeling like you might die by the end of class and in the same breath feeling freakishly excited for the next day!! One week out and already noticeable changes in my body!! Amazing, amazing results!! :)
