But what almost no one understands about getting fit, tight, and toned is that it's hard to do on your own... and so it's 100% normal
that you haven't gotten there yet.
Everyone tells you to get a gym membership, but getting a gym membership just gets you access to a place you 'could' get in shape, it doesn't mean you will.
Or you might have even tried to workout at home to videos or online plans. But if you don't hit play on the video and you let the distractions of kids, husband, laundry, dishes, cooking dinner etc... take over 'your time' you're never going to get the targeted training required to be successful.
