I just finished the 6-week challenge this past Sunday. I was very excited that I surpassed the goal weight of 25lbs (I was -26lbs in 6 weeks). The trainers are amazing and made working out fun (and tough). It takes a lot of self-discipline to not fall back into your old eating habits but totally possible. The workouts were challenging but can be modified for you if needed. I was able to get my money back since I hit my goal and completed tasks required along the way :) much recommended!
I am part of the 55 plus Fitness Forever class and currently a Triple Negative Breast Cancer survivor. This is a very aggressive cancer and evidence has shown that strenuous and moderate exercise reduced the risk of recurrence. That still didn't motivate me! I despise going to the gym and I wouldn't push myself anyway. Fortunately, I saw Luckey Fitness on Facebook for 55 plus. I love going and feel great afterwards! Jon is a great trainer and very motivating. I look forward to the classes and as someone else said, they are strenuous but doable. This is personal training for a very fair price. I am so grateful that I finally found someplace that is friendly, non-intimidating and fun. Plus, I'm loving the results:)
I went to my first class this morning. I consider myself a pretty fit person, I generally workout 5 days a week, weightlifting and some type of quick cardio. This place kicked my butt. It was arm day and the 8 different arm exercises made it so that my arm is totally fatigued (while typing this message my arms are shaking). I'm the type of person who is all in when it comes to exercise but I know that there are modified workouts to each routine if it is a little too touch. It was high-paced and intense which is exactly what I was looking for. After 30 minutes sweat was beading down my nose. Jon is very friendly and was eager for me to get my best results. So far I'm loving this place and am excited to go back again tomorrow.
