Coach Jon Luckey CPT

My passion for fitness dates back to when I was a young lad. My first encounter was helping my dad. He had a weight room at the house and was doing a bench press. All of a sudden he yelled for help as he was benching a lot of weight and burned out. I quickly ran over to find the weight was pinned on his neck! I helped him dump the bar off to one side. I was 4 years old at the time. So at the age of 4 I was already being pre-conditioned to be a personal trainer. Growing up I played soccer and baseball. I was also involved with American Kenpo martial arts. I played high school and college football, ran track and field and even played minor league baseball for a short while. In all of those sports I was required to train and train hard! I started working out at the age of 11. I would do push ups, sit ups and curls with my dad's free weights. Once I turned 12, I was able to join a gym. My mother was training for the "Mrs. Fitness USA" competition at the time so she brought me to the gym.

Growing up as an athlete, I became a personal trainer so that I could help others become the best versions of themselves. Whether in Personal Training or Group Exercise, my passion is to help you achieve your goals while creating a supportive environment full of energy and motivation. Coach Tiffany

My name is Tiffany, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I am a Mom of 4 and find it very important to be a role model for my kids and those around me to try and live a healthy and fit life. I have had my struggles with food and weight even though I have been physically active for as long as I can remember. I am constantly trying new work-outs and new skills and not afraid to fail at first. I believe that we should strive for overall wellness where there is more of a balance of physical and mental health and this may be different for each individual. We all have to start somewhere! The world of fitness and nutrition can be an intimidating place. I want your journey to be a positive, meaningful experience that can transform the way you live your everyday life. I will be there to help keep you accountable, use proper technique, and push yourself through the challenges. I am excited to help you set, reach, and maintain goals.

My name is Ryan, and with a history of sports dating back to before high school, I’ve been physically active for almost half of my life, now. That being said, living such a lifestyle never stopped me from being reckless with what I put in my body, and for years I’d eat whatever and whenever I wanted. Only this past year or so have I taken my nutrition seriously, and ever since then my physical performance has never been better, and is still improving today. With my certifications in personal training and nutrition, it’s my intention and goal to help people realize how easy it is to perform, safely, in the gym, amplified with self love in the form of clean eating.

My name is Diego and I am an ISSA certified personal trainer. I am  a highly dedicated and experienced personal trainer, specializing in transforming lives through fitness. With a remarkable background as a retired Marine of 15 years, I bring a unique perspective and unparalleled discipline to the fitness arena. Combined with an ISSA certification, I believe that I possess the knowledge, skills, and unwavering commitment needed to guide clients towards success. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I sought a new path where I could continue to positively impact lives through my passion for health and wellness. Drawing from my own transformative journey of physical fitness during my military years of service, I decided to become a personal trainer. Armed with a deep understanding of the body, mental resilience, and the ability to motivate others, I pursued professional certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). As an ISSA-certified personal trainer, I specialize in designing customized training programs that focus on strength and endurance, weight loss, functional fitness, and overall well-being. Recognizing that every person is unique, I manage to tailor my  approach to suit individual goals, limitations, and preferences, ensuring optimal results and long-term success.


I love this place! Really got me on the right track. I did the free 6 week body fat challenge. I lost 6.2% body fat in 6 weeks. The trainers are amazing!!!!! The work outs are quick but really impactful. Great for people with a busy schedule.
